How to fix Client Errors.

There are a few client errors and I'm going to tell you how to fix them.

The first error looks like this:

You can get this error on the webclient and downloadable client.

Steps to fix
1. Go to your C drive. Start --> Computer (Also known as my computer) ---> Then open your C drive --> Then look for the file(s) named ErasedPkzcache1 and OperationEpicxCache --> Right Click and delete both of them.
It should look like this

2. Download this file http://dl.dropbox.com/u/39237166/OperationEpicxCache.zip or at http://uppit.com/7tq9m4x26d4g/OperationEpicxCache.zip and open it
3. When its open it should look like this
4. Make sure you click the extract button, then extract it to the C Drive. Here's a picture of what it should look like:

From There the cache should be extracted to your C Drive and should work.
Re-run the client or webclient and play. If you get any types of errors or you don't understand this post a reply and I will reply back to you.

Um... I'm using a mac... Can you post a tutorial or show me how to do that with a mac? thanks. Cause I'm having the error loading problem on mac.
