Hey guys, I'm making this post for two reasons. First one would be because I feel you guys should know what the owner(s) expect out of the players, and reason two I am bored.
Ok first off
Regular player: I myself do not expect much from you more than to just have a good time playing. I do although expect you to follow the rules and respect all players and other staff members!
Trial Mod: My expectations for a trial mod are to help and aid players in need. This means when they ask you for help, you help them the best you can, and if you can't help them you contact someone who can. As a trial mod you're being tested for an actual staff position, this means you best be on your best behavior.
Moderator: My expectations for you are that you are an enforcer, meaning you enforce the rules. You watch over the sever while the owners and admins are gone. You tend to the players and their needs. As a mod you need respect so that the players look up to you. To be respected to need to give respect.
Administrator: My expectations for you are that you help the server to your best ability so that it can be successful. As an Administrator you are the highest possible staff (besides owner) meaning you have the highest word over Mods and Players. Being an admin comes lots of power and responsibility, with lots of Administrative duties that sometimes may not be easy.
Owners: be sexy! You guys are doing a good job. Especially you, Miika!
