Players should try and come up with their own creative format. They should try to and include (AT A MINIMUM) this information.

Yes. I like the questions, but I don't want them to just answer questions provided. I want them to actually think.

So can i post this on Apply for Staff thing, but add a few notes like saying "this is just a basic application, we want you to add more to this" and "give us more reasons to choose you.
