It looks to me like he bet vls or whatever and you bet 750mil, he lost, and you gave him 750mil.
If you explain this out a little for me then he will be perm. banned because of his previous offenses.

i solved this kthanks

i took a rapier from his acc and gave it back. idk if he should be perm banned or not since I don't see any offenses in the report section.
