Here are a few suggestions of mine:

1: Lower prices of Barrows in Donator Zone. 2 bil a set is way too much for sets people don't use, except Dharoks. Maybe lower all sets except Dharoks down to 25-50mil a piece, and keep Dharoks high, considering some people use Dharoks.

Nope, just do the minigame if you don't want to pay the prices.

2: Fix Ninja Imp jars. They give 1 gp per jar, which might be a mistake or purposely added, I'm not sure but I realized after 3 inventories and i had the same amount of money, that it was giving 1 gp.

Sell at the store that buys everything.

3: Add Recipe for Disaster bosses and chest so we can get Barrows gloves.

It's already been in place.......??

4: Make iron/steel/frost dragons drop dragon boots, full helms, plates, and square shields maybe, at a low rate? I'd like to see some of these items ingame.

Why would they drop dragon boots? Why would they drop dragon? You can buy it for pretty cheap, I believe.

5: Make Frost Dragons drop Frost Bones.

Done.

6: Make the level 90 thieving stalls in Donator Zone a little better then ones at home. They give the same exact experience and if you get the black-d-hide bodies, you make less then Red Topaz. Mystic hats are the same. Maybe make them give more experience or increase the value of mystic hats?

Okay, I'll do that.

7: Make the guy that buys everything, buy barrows armor, for LESS THAN 500M. Maybe 50mil a piece?

Nope.

8: Set up vote system that gives reward.

Already done.
